RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
At Penguin Leisure, we recommend that domestic pools are serviced on at-least a fortnightly basis, as this ensures water quality is maintained at a safe and accurate level. For outside pools during the winter, once a month is sufficient. Our Gold Star and Silver Star Packages are fixed-price service offerings that guarantee your pool will get the attention it deserves – whatever its needs. GOLD PACKAGE
INCLUDES:
- Full guarantee of filtration systems, pumping systems, and surface pipework
- All chemicals required (except Bayrol)
- All necessary repairs and replacements
- Full inspection of pool equipment, controls, pipework, fixtures and fittings (including lighting)
- On site chemical adjustment as necessary to ensure a safe swimming environment
- Thorough pool cleaning, including tile band, to prevent debris build up
- Filters backwashed to maintain efficiency
- Strainer baskets cleaned to maintain pump efficiency
- Check operation and calibration of Automatic covers
- Heating operation visual checks and feedback reports
SILVER PACKAGE
INCLUDES:
- Full inspection of pool equipment, controls, pipework, fixtures and fittings (including lighting)
- On site chemical adjustment as necessary to ensure a safe swimming environment
- Thorough pool cleaning, including tile band, to prevent debris build up
- Filters backwashed to maintain efficiency
- Strainer baskets cleaned to maintain pump efficiency
- Check operation and calibration of Automatic covers
- Heating operation visual checks and feedback reports
RECOMMISSIONING:
We recommission pools at the start of the season by removing and sorting covers, reassembling all equipment, topping up pool water levels and performing checks and clean to ensure pool is fully ready to use over the season.
DECOMMISSIONING:
We can winterise and decommission your swimming pool at the end of the season by fitting pool covers, cleaning and lowering pool chemicals levels to ensure your pool remains sanitised over the winter period.
