Meet Claire, our new Office Manager
At Penguin Leisure, we know that great customer service is just as important as delivering high-quality work. Behind every engineer visit, service schedule and customer update is a team working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly.
That’s why we’re delighted to introduce Claire, our new Office Manager, who is now taking on the day-to-day reins and supporting both our customers and engineers.
Meet Claire
With more than 20 years of experience in customer service and administration, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She also has experience in servicing environments, coordinating both planned and reactive works, making her a strong fit for the fast-paced nature of the business.
Settling into the role
Since joining the team, Claire has found the role both interesting and rewarding. One thing that has stood out to her is just how much coordination goes into maintaining and servicing the projects and facilities we look after.
She has enjoyed getting to know the industry and is looking forward to becoming a valued member of the team as she continues to build on her knowledge and experience.
Learning something new every day
Claire’s favourite part of the job so far has been learning more about the technical side of the business.
She enjoys keeping busy and has embraced the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure our customers continue to receive the high levels of service they expect.
From coordinating schedules to supporting customers and helping manage day to day operations, Claire is already playing an important role in keeping things running efficiently.
A fun fact about Claire
Away from work, Claire is the proud owner of three African land snails, which certainly makes for an unusual set of pets and a great conversation starter.
